Comfortable enough, but no Wi‑Fi, impersonal service, and below-average cleaning. Positive: Les Citadines offers a convenient location option in the Saguenay area. Unfortunately our experience fell below expectations. Accomodation has potential. Negative: One of the most significant issues was the Wi‑Fi, which did not function during our stay. Despite contacting the property owner, the problem was never resolved. As a consequence, neither internet access nor the connected TV services were available, which greatly reduced the comfort. The communication model is also quite impersonal. The owners do not reside on-site, and all interactions take place through messaging. While this may work when everything runs smoothly, it becomes frustrating when assistance is needed to resolve issues during the stay. Cleanliness was another area requiring improvement. Dust was visible on top of furniture and the refrigerator, and there was mold under the kitchen sink. Overall, the accommodation has potential, but the combination of unresolved Wi‑Fi issues, lack of on-site support, and cleanliness concerns negatively impacted our stay.

Positive: Nous avons aimé la superficie et les équipements (disponibilité machine à laver). Propriétaire joignable très facilement en cas de problème.

Positive: La grandeur et la propreté des lieux. Negative: Que l'air climatisé soit fermé à notre arrivée. Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans l'appartement et nous étions trois adultes a dormir et un devait dormir sur le divan lit avec une grosse chaleur. Il serait préférable de laisser l'air climatisé ouvert quand vous savez que l'appartement est loué et qu'il fait 30° dehors.
